Shelby Loeffelholz, M.S.

Shelby comes from south central Nebraska where she was raised on a cow-calf and row crop operation. She earned her education from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science and Master’s Degree in Ruminant Nutrition. Following her time in Lincoln, she returned to the family farm where she continues to play a role, alongside raising her own family. Shelby joined the Great Plains Livestock Consulting Inc team in May of 2023. Her motto in life: make two people proud – your 8 year old self and your 80 year old self.
